FAQs
1. How do you count “one building”?
A single primary dwelling counts as one building. Minor outbuildings (e.g., a garage) are included if incidental. A separate dwelling/ADU or any second house is anadditional building.
2. What do you need from me to start?
Floor plans/elevations (PDF/DWG), any 3D files if available, finishes/specs, reference photos, and a mood/style preference. If you only have 2D plans, we can convert them as an add-on.
3. What’s included in a standard still-image render?
Modeling, materials, lighting, one camera/view, daytime lighting, and export at high resolution (typically 4–6K). A first draft plus revision(s) are included—see “How do revisions work?” below.
4. Can you do exteriors and landscaping?
Yes. We model the house, basic topography/driveway, and context planting. Detailed landscape design, specific plant species, or large-area site work can be added as options.
5. Do you offer 360° views or animation for homes?
Yes - 360 panoramas for virtual tours and short animations (15–60s) are available as add-ons.
6. How do revisions work?
We include a defined number of rounds (e.g., 1–2). Revisions cover camera tweaks, materials, lighting, and styling. Major scope changes (new rooms, new facade design, additional buildings) are billed extra.
7. How many images do I get?
Each “view”/“camera” is one final image.
8. Can you match a specific interior style or furniture brand?
Yes. Share references or brand guidelines. Custom furniture/fixtures can be modeled; some libraries may carry a modest fee.
9. What file formats do you deliver?
JPG/PNG (4–6K). On request we can supply TIFFs, web-ready sizes, or crop ratios for listings/social.
10. Can you do dusk/night scenes and weather variants?
Yes - dusk/night, overcast, and seasonal variants are available as options.
11. What about confidentiality and NDAs?
We’re happy to sign an NDA. Watermarked previews are available for sensitive projects.
12. How is pricing structured?
Pricing is per view with add-ons for extra rooms, exterior landscaping depth, 360s, or animation.
13. How do I send large files?
You can upload during order intake or share links via Drive/Dropbox/WeTransfer.
14. What are your payment terms?
Commonly 50% to start, 50% on delivery of finals (net terms available for repeat clients). We invoice in EUR/CHF; taxes/VAT as applicable.
